Job summary

Society of Critical Care Medicine in Evanston, IL is seeking an ICU RN for a full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) with weekend rotation. You will provide nursing care, implement the nursing process, and maintain regulatory compliance while guiding unlicensed staff.

Eligible candidates hold IL RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR; 1 year hospital experience preferred. The organization offers premium pay, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision coverage, and a generous time-off program.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Full time/Part time: Full Time: 36 hours per week
• Hours: 7pm - 7:30am (Night shift), Weekend rotation
• Required Travel: No

What you will need:
