Are you ready to love what you do?! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our Wilmington, DE Medicare Certified Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes throughout New Castle County.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

1. Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
2. Visit our adult and geriatric clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment visits.
3. Supervise a team of field nurses.
4. Facilitate new hire orientation and train new nurses.
5. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
2. Home Health experience required.
3. Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience required.
4. Supervisory experience is a plus.
