Ambulatory Medical Practices MSO, Inc (AMP), supporting ColumbiaDoctors, is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to support our Director of Clinical Services and lead clinical operations in a fast‑paced outpatient, multi‑specialty environment.

AMP provides clinical and administrative support to ColumbiaDoctors, a large multi‑specialty practice in the Northeast, serving patients across Cardiology, Vascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Obesity, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology, in multiple locations in Westchester, Rockland, and Orange counties.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to support our Director of Clinical Services. The Clinical Nurse Manager will lead clinical operations in a fast‑paced outpatient, multi‑specialty environment, requiring strong clinical foundations, exceptional leadership, operational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and clinical support staff
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across multiple locations
  • Oversee payroll processing and timecard approvals to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and optimize clinical workflows to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Support and drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practice implementation
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialty providers in a multi‑specialty outpatient setting
  • Maintain clinical competencies and ensure staff maintain required certifications
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation oversight, reporting, workflow optimization, and performance metrics tracking
Required Experience / Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising and training clinical staff, including oversight of teams across multiple locations
  • Strong background working with adult patients in a primary care and multi‑specialty outpatient setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, compliance, and quality standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in Cardiology strongly preferred
Education / License / Certification
  • Active RN License (required)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Required proficiency with EPIC EMR
Work Location

On‑site, with travel to other practice locations as needed.
