Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Florida PACE Centers. The role maintains 24-hour accountability for the Florida PACE Medical Clinic, guiding nursing philosophy, program development, budgeting, and quality assurance.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree, current Florida RN license, and at least five years in clinical roles plus three years in management. ACLS/ANCC certifications are preferred, with strong leadership and communication essential.

Qualifications

• Nurse leader with strong clinical judgement and staff coaching.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
• Budgeting, planning and program development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in staff selection, training, evaluation, coaching and counseling.
• Supervises patient care delivery and staff assignments to meet care requirements.
• Ensures compliance with standards from local, state, federal and Joint Commission.
• Maintains medical record documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Implements policies and programs and monitors regulatory compliance.
• Participates in Quality Management and risk management activities.
• Promotes staff development through in-services and continuing education.
