Job summary

Los Angeles Jewish Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for the PACE program in Redondo Beach. The role will supervise clinic nursing services under the Medical Director and Center Director, ensuring high-quality care for BCSC participants and close coordination with the Primary Care Physician.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team, oversee nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Three years of nursing experience, including at least one year with frail elderly population.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, evaluates, and assists in delivering clinic nursing services per standards for BCSC participants.
• Collaborates with the Primary Care Physician to manage ongoing care and complex clinical situations.
