Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, FL, seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee Eldercare operations under the PACE Model of Care. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate home health and long-term services, and drive clinical governance in collaboration with department leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Florida; BLS/CPR and ACLS required.
• Minimum three years of health care experience, with geriatric or managed care exposure preferred.
• Experience in nurse management and program leadership.
• BSN preferred; strong leadership and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise department policies with leadership; educate staff on policies.
• Oversee data collection, audits, and performance reporting for Eldercare.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and on-call coordination for Eldercare.
• Direct oversight of Eldercare’s care delivery, including PACE model.
• Supervise, hire/fire and evaluate Center CNAs and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate home health, rehab, long-term care, and specialty services.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operations and budgets.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
