Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

Responsibilities

• Provide education and assess learning needs of patients and families.
• Evaluate care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Implement competent care for patients with complex needs.
• Lead in collaboration to promote safe and cost-effective care.
• Assess patient data to determine priorities and discharge planning.
• Plan care in collaboration with the patient and family.
• Engage in continuous learning and quality improvement.

RN license in North Carolina
