Job summary

Incredible Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Clinical Educator to design and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education.

You will assess learning needs, partner with department managers, and maintain records while supporting best practices in patient care. RN licensed nurses with clinical and teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in education and staff development.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to nursing staff needs (orientation, in-service, continuing education).
• Conduct assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps.
• Collaborate with clinicians, managers, and admin to align initiatives with policies.
• Serve as a clinical resource, advising on best practices in nursing care.
• Maintain records of activities and evaluate program effectiveness via surveys.
