Job summary

Incredible Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Clinical Educator to design and lead educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education, aligned with hospital policies.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a Master’s in Nursing Education, and 3–5 years of clinical experience with education responsibilities. This full-time role offers day, evening, and night shifts with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing
Experience in education and staff development
BLS certification on record; ACLS is a plus
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
Experience in education and staff development programs

Responsibilities

Develop and implement educational programs tailored to nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education
Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to align educational initiatives with hospital policies
Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice on best practices in nursing care
Maintain accurate records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness via surveys and metrics
