Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with 2 years clinical experience or Associate's degree with 10 years hospital nursing experience (or 5 years if enrolled in RN to BSN).
• Current appropriate state license as required in discipline.
• AHA BLS provider.

• Develop and deliver onboarding and competency programs using evidence-based practices.
• Create orientation and ongoing education plans for licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Foster a positive learning environment with diverse teaching strategies (simulation, mock events, case scenarios).
• Partner with leadership and academic institutions to support education initiatives.
• Serve as mentor, resource, and role model promoting excellence and safety.
• Maintain proficiency in unit-specific skills, EMR systems, and technology tools.
• Ensure compliance with Mercy policies and assist with drills and education on knowledge gaps.
