The ideal candidate has a BSN, active RN license, and 3+ years in staff development with preferred advanced certification. This full-time role offers a variable schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Salary: $55.98 - $83.96/hr (based on education, experience, seniority, and other factors)

Position Summary: The Clinical Nurse Educator collaborates with clinical educators, nurse specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation, education, competency, and professional development programs. This role supports evidence-based practice, staff competency, and high-quality patient-centered care while serving as a clinical leader and mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver education, orientation, and training programs for nursing and clinical staff.
• Assess learning needs and address competency gaps through targeted education and remediation plans.
• Support implementation of new processes, equipment, and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate department-specific orientation for new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, caregiver engagement, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required:

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS, ACLS certification upon hire.
• 3+ years of RN experience.
• 3+ years of recent education, staff development, or equivalent preceptor experience.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Education
• Nursing Professional Development Certification.
