HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing care on the designated shift, directing care in collaboration with the management team and serving as a resource for staff. The CNC will model our mission and values to support exceptional patient outcomes and experience.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, and adherence to policy, with focus on patient throughput, teamwork, and quality assurance across the unit.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS and NRP certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license and RN diploma are required.
• Postpartum and leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high quality care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services with management.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes and service.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement, including hourly rounds.
• Assists with interviewing, training, evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Helps with staff scheduling and labor management per patient care needs.
• Assists with inventory control and supply/equipment management.
