Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead day-to-day unit operations and ensure smooth delivery of program processes. Working alongside the Nurse Manager, you will guide nursing staff and coordinate care within a crisis stabilization setting.

Required are a Georgia RN license, an Associate’s degree in Nursing, and 3–5 years of healthcare management experience. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for licensure supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
• 3–5 years of healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and analyze data.
• Provide direct patient care including medication administration as needed.
• Coordinate nursing efforts and supervise staff daily.
• Ensure timely incident and infection control reporting.
• Deliver in-service trainings and staff meetings.
• Oversee medication ordering and storage.
• Maintain orderly medication room and lab per policy.
• Communicate with Nurse Manager weekly.
