Mission Hospital in North Carolina seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to oversee patient care, coordinate nursing activities, and support staff within the General Surgery MedSurg unit. The CNC collaborates with management to improve outcomes, throughput, and patient experience on every shift.

Responsibilities include admission/discharge coordination, staffing support, and engagement initiatives, with a focus on evidence-based care and service excellence.

Qualificações

• RN license required; BLS must be obtained within 30 days.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
• No travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care in the unit.
• Coordinate with managers and staff to create teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
