Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees all functions during the shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models organizational values to support excellent patient outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and quality care.
• Participate in assessing the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborate with team members to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement and service.
• Contribute to staff hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage staff scheduling and labor costs.
• Support inventory control and supply management.

Qualifications needed:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
