Job summary

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in Southwest Virginia seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will partner with the management team to monitor nursing care and support staff, ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

RN licensure with BCLS/ACLS credentials or the ability to obtain them within 30 and 90 days respectively is required, along with an associate/bachelor degree or RN diploma and at least 2 years of RN

Qualifications

• RN with a valid license.
• BCLS Instructor required within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS Instructor required within 90 days of start date.
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or RN Diploma.
• 2 years of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
