PAM Health is seeking a Clinical Navigator for our new hospital opening in South Point, Ohio, in Fall 2026. The Clinical Navigator will cultivate referral relationships and manage patient assessments to enhance patient experiences. The ideal candidate will have licensure in a health-related field and a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in rehabilitation or marketing.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably in rehabilitation/LTACH.
