Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocoee is seeking a dedicated Clinical Navigator to join our team. You'll work closely with the business development team, cultivate relationships, and conduct patient assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in designated field.
• Current licensure in nursing or relevant therapy field required.
• Experience in marketing and rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory.
• Completes patient assessments and makes sales contacts.
• Works collaboratively with business development team.
