Job summary

La Crosse County is seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to lead the CCS CST team, assess consumer needs, and guide recovery-oriented services within CCS and CST programs. This exempt professional role requires licensure and collaboration with WRIC partner counties.

The position emphasizes clinical direction, coordination with service facilitators, and adherence to state regulations while supporting community-based care delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Master's degree in a related mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Completes CST mental health assessments and coordinates delivery of CST requirements.
• Provides program and clinical training to staff/vendors to improve CCS/CST compliance.
• May travel to WRIC counties to perform essential job functions.
• Works with CCS Service Administrator, Director, and vendors to ensure recovery-oriented services.
