Job summary

Suzanne Snell is seeking an experienced Physician Clinical Medical Director to join their Stockton, CA team. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, mentoring providers, and driving quality and operational improvements.

The position offers a generous compensation package with a $100,000 signing bonus and a $10,000 annual stipend, a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule, and a collaborative work environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Current, unrestricted California medical license.
• Board certified or board eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Clinical leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% center-based direct patient care.
• Serve as the Clinical Medical Director for the assigned center.
• Lead by example to promote clinical excellence and a superior patient experience.
• Mentor clinicians and develop future clinical leaders.
• Partner with leadership to improve quality, safety, workflows, patient satisfaction, and center performance.
• Support staffing, clinician meetings, and operational initiatives.
• Develop relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and community partners to support market growth.
• Understand and contribute to center financial and strategic goals.
