Qualifications

• Certification required within 120 days of hire if applicable; list of accepted certs (NHA, AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA).
• Preferred associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care under supervision of the healthcare provider.
• Prepare and room patients and obtain vital signs; document patient history and medication screening.
• Perform back office testing following AHN protocols and policies; assist with examinations and procedures.
• May serve as a scribe with additional training.
• Document accurately in the EHR and communicate test results to patients; follow up as directed.
• May float/travel between physician office locations.
