Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy practice. Under physician supervision, you will assist during examinations, perform lab procedures, phlebotomy, injections, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires strong communication and service orientation with the ability to adapt to multiple BVMP locations as needed. Collaboration with staff to enhance patient experiences aligns with our mission and values.

Formación

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-train to other positions within the practice.
• Comply with privacy policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily patient and provider flow.
• Assist Physician with patient care as required.
• Prepare exam rooms and set up clinical areas.
• Follow directions from the provider and leadership.
• Conduct phlebotomy and point of care testing.
• Complete the registration process.
• Chart documentation.
• Utilize clinical and clerical skills to support care.
• Enhance patient experience and uphold mission/values.
• Participate in process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
