Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
• May work at multiple BVMP Practices and cross-train as needed.
• Adherence to BVHS privacy policies and workplace civility expected.
• Must be able to interpret age-specific patient care needs and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily patient and provider flow.
• Assist physicians with patient care as required.
• Prepare exam rooms and set up clinical areas.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Complete registration and document chart entries accurately.
• Utilize clinical and clerical skills to support care delivery.
• Contribute to patient experience and align with mission/values.
• Willingness to participate in process improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
