Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care under general direction. You will enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR, request medical records, collect patient information, and help facilitate patient flow.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, maintaining equipment, answering phones, and supporting staff through accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Request medical records and verify patient information.
• Take and record patient vitals.
• Prepare, cleans and maintains examination rooms and equipment.
• Answer phones, return messages and support patient flow.
