Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant/Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care under physician supervision. You will enter patient information into the EMR, assist with intake, and support providers with orders and patient flow.

Responsibilities include recording vitals, maintaining clinical areas, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering high-quality customer service. Experience with EMR and MS Office is required; a team-oriented, detail-focused professional will thrive

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision in the clinic.
• Enter intake data and provider orders into EMR; manage patient records.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and proper infection control.
• Assist with patient flow and administrative tasks as needed.
• Obtain and record vital signs; relay orders to providers.
• Ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
