Mass General Brigham seeks a patient-care oriented Medical Assistant to support care teams and improve the patient experience. You’ll welcome patients, collect vital signs, and prepare exam rooms, while documenting histories and test results for providers.

Role requires 1–2 years MA or clinical experience, HS diploma or equivalent (an associate degree in Medical Assisting preferred). BLS and CMA certifications are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Medical Assisting preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS Certification and CMA (National Certification) preferred.
• Experience: Direct MA or medical field work 1-2 years required.
• Knowledge/Abilities: medical terminology, privacy rules, and documentation accuracy.

• Welcome and interview patients, collect vital signs and health information.
• Prepare patients, exam rooms, equipment, and supplies for visits.
• Document medical histories and test results accurately.
• Support laboratory specimen collection and preparation.
• Assist with office duties and coordination with other departments.
