• Answer phones, take dictation, complete insurance forms; liaise with departments.
• Collect blood or specimens; log and prepare for testing; phlebotomy if competent.
• Maintain immunization inventory and monitor expiration dates.
• Provide immunizations where certified and support infection-control practices.
• Support quality initiatives like two patient identifiers and hand hygiene.
