Job summary

CEENTA is seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant to support providers in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting in Charlotte, NC. The role offers hands-on patient care, MA training opportunities, and growth within a collaborative healthcare team.

You will greet and room patients, document histories and vitals, assist with exams and procedures, and manage scheduling and communications. Travel between CEENTA locations is required, and you will help train new staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in primary care or ENT preferred.
• Completion of accredited Medical Assisting program preferred.
• CMA, RMA, or LPN certification preferred; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; document history, vitals, and allergies.
• Assist Providers with exams, treatments, and in-office procedures.
• Administer medications and collect lab specimens.
• Document patient information in EMR/EHR.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards and equipment.
• Travel to other CEENTA locations as needed.
