Job summary

CEENTA is seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant to support providers in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The role offers hands-on patient care experience, training opportunities, and career growth within CEENTA.

You will greet and room patients, document histories and vitals, assist with exams, and manage in-office procedures while ensuring accurate EMR entries and patient education. Travel between CEENTA locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in primary care or ENT preferred.
• Completion of accredited Medical Assisting program preferred; CMA/RMA/LPN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; document history including vital signs, medical histories, and allergies.
• Assist providers with exams, treatments, and in-office procedures.
• Administer medications and collect lab specimens.
• Provide patient education and serve as a scribe when needed.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
• Respond to patient messages and prescription requests.
• Document patient information in EMR/EHR.
• Maintain exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and uphold OSHA standards.
• Maintain clinic supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff/apprentices.
• Travel to other CEENTA locations as needed.
