This role offers hands-on patient care experience, opportunities for training, and career growth within a premier ENT/Eye/Nose/Throat group. Travel to other CEENTA locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in primary care or ENT preferred.
• Completion of accredited Medical Assisting program preferred.
• CMA, RMA, or LPN certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; document history including vital signs, medical histories, and allergies.
• Assist Providers with exams, treatments, and in-office procedures.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
• Administer medications and collect lab specimens.
• Provide patient education and serve as a scribe when needed.
• Respond to patient messages and prescription requests.
• Document patient information in EMR/EHR.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards in exam rooms and equipment.
• Maintain clinic supply inventory and place orders when needed.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff and apprentices.
• Collaborate with Providers and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Travel to other CEENTA locations as needed.
