Job summary

CEENTA is hiring a Clinical Medical Assistant to support providers in a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare environment. You will greet and room patients, document histories, assist with exams, and help with in-office procedures while maintaining EMR/EHR records.

The role includes scheduling, medication administration, patient education, and travel between CEENTA locations as needed, with potential for training and growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in primary care or ENT preferred.
• Completion of accredited Medical Assisting program preferred.
• CMA, RMA, or LPN certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Dependable to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; document history including vital signs, medical histories, and allergies.
• Assist Providers with exams, treatments, and in‑office procedures.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
• Administer medications and collect lab specimens.
• Provide patient education and serve as a scribe when needed.
• Respond to patient messages and prescription requests.
• Accurately document patient information in EMR/EHR.
• Maintain exam rooms, sterilize equipment and OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain clinic supply inventory and place orders.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff and apprentices.
• Collaborate with Providers and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Travel to other CEENTA locations as needed.
