Job Title: Clinical Medical Assistant / Front Office Coordinator

Location: Spring, TX (Balanced Weight Loss Centers of Texas)

Compensation: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, multi-skilled Clinical Medical Assistant / Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in both clinical and administrative environments, has strong interpersonal skills, and feels confident with both patient care and front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Administer injections, perform phlebotomy, and start IVs (preferred)
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Adhere to proper sterilization and infection control protocols

Front Office Duties:

• Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
• Handle patient intake and collect necessary documentation
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing and records
• Assist with general office organization and daily operations
• Educate patients on available treatments and services
• Conduct consultations and support conversion of inquiries into scheduled treatments
• Confidently explain service benefits and answer patient questions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with injections, phlebotomy, and IV administration
• Medical assisting certification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a clinical and/or front office setting
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with sales and patient education
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks solo when necessary
