MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant - Pharmacy Coordinator!

About the Client: DrCatalyst

DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization with over 250 billable staff from the Philippines servicing healthcare companies throughout America. We are looking for energetic and highly fluent English-speaking Healthcare Professionals to serve US Healthcare clinics as inbound and outbound clinical operators during business hours. You will also have opportunities to be trained on skills such as referral management, authorizations, medical records, prescription coordination, eligibility and benefits, HEDIS, and more.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift, remote work
Remote Work - For Applicants Outside Cebu Province Only

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic information.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, wellness checks, and more.
  • Provide EMR notes on all calls, looping in onsite personnel and providers.
  • Communicate via Google Chat with online personnel and DRC team members.
Requirements
  • Graduate of BS in Pharmacy or a Registered Pharmacist.
  • At least 6 months experience in a BPO healthcare account.
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 25 wpm or faster.
  • Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets).
  • Physically fit for a BPO work environment.
  • Internet speed of at least 50-60 Mbps.
  • Willingness to work overtime is a plus.
Salary and Benefits (in PHP)
  • Monthly salary of 20,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience).
  • New hire bonus of 5,000 PHP.
  • Attendance bonus of 2,000 PHP.
