You will support front desk functions such as patient registration, billing, and insurance handling to ensure smooth workflow at Clifton Ave.

Requirements include a high school diploma and completion of an approved Medical Assistant program with active CMA/RMA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of formal Medical Assistant program recognized by the State.
• Certification as CMA/RMA per AMT/AAMA/NCCT required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, phlebotomy, EKG, and related tests.
• Document accurately in EMR per VMG policies.
• Handle front desk tasks: patient registration, billing, insurance, and safe visit protocols.
