Job summary

Ellie Mental Health-Clarkston is seeking an independently licensed clinician to serve as Clinical Manager. This is a working clinical‑leadership role requiring you to provide outpatient therapy and manage staff while guiding daily operations.

You will maintain an active caseload, ensure treatment quality, and support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with licensing, HIPAA, and practice standards. Flexible scheduling and telehealth options are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral-health field.
• Active Michigan clinical license in good standing (LMSW/LPC/LMFT/LP).
• Ability to maintain a therapy caseload while performing leadership duties.
• Knowledge of behavioral-health regulations, HIPAA, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain required caseload and appointment availability.
• Conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy.
• Complete notes, treatment plans, risk documentation, and records accurately.
• Provide leadership coverage and supervise staff conduct and performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Coordinate clinic operations, compliance, and quality improvement.
