Ellie Mental Health–Clarkston is seeking a Clinical Manager who will also provide outpatient therapy and maintain an assigned caseload while guiding staff and daily operations. This working clinical-leadership role blends clinical duties with leadership responsibilities to support growth and quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Michigan license (LMSW/LPC/LMFT/LP), demonstrates strong leadership, and excels in documentation and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an active therapy caseload while performing management duties.
• Experience with psychotherapy, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of Michigan behavioral-health regulations, HIPAA, and documentation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain required caseload and appointment availability.
• Conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, create treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Complete notes, treatment plans, risk documentation, and other records on time.
• Coordinate staffing, staff meetings, and leadership coverage.
• Support clinicians, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure clinic coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Mon–Fri.
