Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted licensure in Michigan: LMFT, LMSW, or LPC.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience creating and implementing treatment plans and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support therapeutic work.
• Ability to establish and maintain ethical boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care: conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Maintain a full-time caseload with a minimum of 25 direct client-facing hours per week; initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week to support growth.
