Qualifications

• Licensure in Vermont as Social Worker, Psychologist or Mental Health Professional is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff and manage daily workflows.
• Provide therapy to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
• Monitor quality measures and staff KPIs.
• Develop community programs and public awareness.
• Initiate and maintain clinical documentation.
