Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• Clinical license or VT license eligible.
• Three years of relevant clinical experience, including two years supervising, managing, and leading a team.
• Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to clinical staff and interns.
• Recruit and onboard new employees.
• Provide clinical training and consultation.
• Ensure program adherence to regulations and compliance.
• Use client outcomes and satisfaction data to inform decisions.
• Provide approximately 8-12 hours of direct service weekly.
• Participate in on-call supervision and shift coverage as needed.
