Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead the Hendersonville HomeCare team. The Clinical Manager will direct patient care services and personnel, ensuring high standards and continuity of care for all patients.

The ideal candidate is an energetic RN with home care experience, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to meeting patient goals; driving performance and assisting with the transition to electronic records (Kinnser) are valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Tennessee or a compact state.
• Minimum one year RN experience, preferably with home care exposure (6 months acceptable).
• Supervisory experience.
• Committed to meeting patient goals.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and good driving record.
• Able to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain the best clinical staff.
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and clinicians.
• Ensure patient needs are met by the team.
• Provide care as needed while ensuring adequate staffing.
• Educate and monitor care provided.
• Assist in transitioning to electronic records (Kinnser).

Position: Clinical Manager

NHC HomeCare Hendersonville is looking for a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Tennessee or compact state
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Supervisory experience
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements
