Job summary

LynLake Centers for WellBeing in Minnesota is seeking an LMFT Clinical Supervisor who will split time between supervision and direct therapy. The role offers a combination of supervisory duties and in-office/outpatient practice with at least 3 days in office per week, across Minneapolis and St.

Paul sites. The position features a supervisor pay structure, potential earnings around a six-figure range, and comprehensive benefits for W2 Providers meeting billable hour targets.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• MN State licensure as LMFT is required.
• Board Approval to provide Clinical Supervision under the Minnesota Board of Marriage & Family Therapy is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical therapy experience, including supervisory and group practice experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight to pre-licensed providers to ensure effective therapy services.
• Mentor, train, and support pre-licensed providers for professional growth and ethical adherence.
• Provide guidance on client treatment plans and intervention strategies.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of therapy services with ongoing feedback.
• Guide performance management interventions when relevant.
• Maintain a caseload of clients (6+ per week for 1099; 12+ per week for W2) alongside supervision.
• Deliver individual, couples, and/or family therapy including assessments, plans, interventions, progress evaluation, and referrals.
• Ensure timely documentation to support billing and administration.
• Work independently and with colleagues; uphold professional standards.
