Job summary

LynLake Centers for WellBeing in Minneapolis, MN, seeks an LMFT Clinical Supervisor with a dual role of supervision and direct clinical practice. The position supports pre-licensed clinicians and delivers outpatient therapy in a collaborative, trauma-informed setting.

The role requires licensure as an LMFT in Minnesota, supervisory experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid model with in-office and remote days. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Active Minnesota LMFT licensure.
• Board approval to provide clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight to pre-licensed providers to ensure effective therapy services.
• Mentor, train, and support pre-licensed providers for growth and ethical practice.
• Provide guidance on treatment plans and intervention strategies.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of therapy, with ongoing feedback for competency development.
• Guide performance management when relevant.
• Provide therapy services to a caseload of clients in addition to supervision (minimums specified).
• Deliver professional clinical services including assessments, treatment plans, and referrals.
• Follow company policies, documentation and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and work independently as needed.
