Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Manager of Pharmacy to lead our clinical pharmacy services. The role focuses on education, physician liaison, and ensuring safe, effective medication use across the department.
The position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, an active Kentucky license, and at least five years of clinical experience as a pharmacist. This is a full‑time, first shift opportunity in Kentucky.

The Pharmacy Clinical Manager acts as the principal point of contact for safe and appropriate medication use through education and physician liaison activities. Provides leadership to the department in the provision of clinical pharmacy services and drug information to medical, nursing, and ancillary staff. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote optimal patient outcomes through safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy.
