Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy for patients across departments.
Responsibilities include drug preparation and distribution, evaluating and inputting orders, serving as a drug information resource, monitoring regimens, and managing inventory, with ACLS within 6 months and Kentucky Pharmacist license in good standing required.
Clinical Staff Pharmacists are responsible and accountable for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. Through various assignments within the department, they provide support of centralized and decentralized medication use systems as well as deliver optimal medication therapy to patients with a broad range of disease states.
