Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3+ years in behavioral health and 1+ year supervisory exp.
• Or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years supervisory exp.
• Certification as Addiction Professional or equivalent with supervisory background.
• Active license or credential in relevant behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight of client and patient care ensuring quality services.
• Facilitate clinical case staffing and team meetings for effective delivery.
• Provide supervision and mentorship, identify strengths, guide growth.
• Review records to maintain regulatory quality and improvement indicators.
• Manage small caseload including intakes and individual/family/group therapy as needed.
• Develop program schedules, budgets, and fiscal projections.
