Job summary

Career Land Center 2 seeks a Clinical Manager to lead behavioral health services across multiple permanent supportive housing sites. The role supervises clinicians and ensures trauma-informed, culturally responsive care within residential housing communities.

The ideal candidate will guide program development, quality improvement, crisis response, and partnerships with local behavioral health providers, while overseeing staff training and rigorous documentation to support tenant stability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience, including supervision.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and housing-first models.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff across housing sites.
• Lead program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate case conferences for high-acuity tenants and support crisis intervention.
• Build partnerships with community behavioral health providers and coordinate referrals.
• Lead staff training and onboarding, supporting workforce development.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation; maintain funder/regulatory compliance.
