Job summary

Third Street Family Health Services is seeking a Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health to lead our behavioral health clinicians and support staff in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our communities. You will oversee clinical supervision, crisis services, and the development of treatment plans, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a welcoming, learning-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership of work, and a commitment to community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
• Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
• Supervisory experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
• Supervise and support clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to the behavioral health staff, including therapists, counselors, and community psychiatric supportive treatment staff.
• Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes.
• Conduct behavioral health diagnostic assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure provision of crisis services, including crisis assessments and related programs.
• Participate in 24/7 call coverage with leadership as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
