📞 On-Call Rotation Required (Primarily phone-based; in-person only for extreme emergencies)
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Clinical Manager with a strong background in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment to lead clinical teams serving high-acuity populations in an inpatient setting. Candidates must have hands‑on, in‑bed (inpatient or residential) experience in one or more of the following settings:
Experience must include direct patient care with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and behavioral health crises.
➡️ Crisis intervention experience with this population is required
➡️ Must be able to remain calm and decisive in high‑stress and dramatic situations
We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional who is comfortable managing and supporting a diverse clinical team.
LISAC/LASAC alone will not be considered unless accompanied by one of the licenses above.
If independently licensed, the Clinical Manager must be able to provide clinical supervision to assigned licensed staff.
💰 Salary Range: $72,769.21 – $80,410 annually
This organization has grown over 150% in recent years and continues expanding — creating significant leadership advancement opportunities. High‑performing leaders are often promoted quickly.
Additional perks include scholarship programs, incentives, and professional development support.
