We are currently looking for a
Clinical Manager, of the Homecare division to join our team at the office in West Orange, NJ. The Clinical manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Homecare interdisciplinary team as well as providing coordination of internal and external services for patients on the team.

- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
- Provides daily operational responsibility for the Homecare team and coordination of patient care
- Acts as a resource for field staff as needed
- Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided to ensure patient satisfaction
- Participates in VNAHG’s QAPI and in-service programs
- Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
- Supervises staff in conjunction with the organization’s managerial and leadership practices
- RN, BSN with licensure in NJ, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy
- 2-5 years of community health experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of reimbursement and OASIS requirements
- Valid driver’s license

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $94,330- USD 165,087.50. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
