Job summary

LIFESPAN Services Greensboro is seeking a knowledgeable Clinical Manager to oversee health and rehabilitative services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Under general supervision, you will evaluate, plan, coordinate, and integrate services to help clients flourish.

This role focuses on coaching a team of paraprofessionals, leading trainings, and collaborating with staff to ensure person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Must be a verified Qualified Professional within the MH/DD/SA system of care.
• Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
• Two years of full-time, supervised MH/DD/SA experience with the served population.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of paraprofessionals and front line workers with coaching and guidance.
• Provide leadership trainings and collaborate with the team.
• Coordinate health or rehabilitative services for individuals with IDD.

We are actively seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Clinical Manager.Under general supervision provides, ongoing evaluation, planning, coordination, and integration of health or rehabilitative services to help each adult served with an intellectual developmental disability to flourish to their greatest abilitySchedule: The Ambassador's regular work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
